Rev. Libby Howe
Lead Pastor
Rev. Libby Howe grew up in Ohio and was ordained in 2002. After serving two congregations in De Soto and Ferryville, Wisconsin for 6 years, she worked as the Director for Evangelical Mission and Assistant to the Bishop in the 10 counties of the ELCA La Crosse Area Synod for over 12 years. Her work focused on congregation vitality, evangelism, stewardship, conflict management, professional development, and pastoral care for leaders. In 2022 and 2023, she was the Congregational Support Coordinator for Peace and Justice Ministries with the Wisconsin Council of Churches in Madison, WI. She is a certified coach for pastors and lay leaders, writes for publication, and is a sought-after speaker and teacher on a variety of subjects. Pastor Libby lives in La Crosse, WI with her 1-year-old puppy, Addie, and has fallen in love with hiking the rivers and bluffs of the beautiful Driftless region.
Rev. Anna Sorenson
Associate Pastor
Anna is a native Minnesotan who has served congregations in rural Wisconsin for the last twelve years. Anna and her husband Jacob are co-owners of Sacred Playgrounds, an organization that supports camps and congregations through research and training. She is also a middle school cross country coach and parent to teenagers. In her free time, Anna enjoys reading, running, hiking, camping, making music, and baking.
Rev. Kathy Ingbritsen
Visitation Pastor
Pastor Kathy is a pastor who loves to visit people, especially our elders. She celebrated 40 years of ordained ministry in February of 2025 and has served congregations in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Pastor Kathy is married to Thom and officially retired in 2018. She started working with Prince of Peace in 2024 and leads both our visitation and grief ministries.
Haley Osborne
Director of Peli Family Center
Haley was raised in La Crescent and graduated from La Crescent High School. She is married and has two children, Nathan (18) and Kennedy (10). Haley has been at Peli since 2017, and serving as our Director since 2019. When she isn't at work, Haley enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and watching Kennedy’s sporting events.
Kendra Wieser
Director of Faith Formation
Kendra has been an active member since 2011 in task groups, Bells of Peace, Drum Circle, worship music and as a Sunday School music leader. She has worked with children in a variety of roles since 2003, including teaching and volunteering at Peli Family Center. Kendra is passionate about faith formation opportunities for all ages and continuing to build connections in our faith community and beyond our walls. She is married to Alex and enjoys family time with their son Walden.
Beth Gonia
Youth Director
Beth joined the staff at Prince of Peace in February 2021. She has been a member of Prince of Peace since kindergarten, taught Sunday School, attended and worked at Sugar Creek Bible Camp, and served as a high school church council representative. Beth has also participated in mission trips as both a student and adult participant. In her role as our youth director, Beth is responsible for our MS/HS youth programs such as Peer Ministry, Workcamp, Youth Group, etc. She also assists with our confirmation program.
