Moms of all ages are invited to join via email, group text message, Facebook messenger, zoom and in-person opportunities throughout the year.

CONFIRMATION

Wednesday evening classes during the school year for 8th and 9th graders. Based on a small group model with parents as guides, family projects and a summer time mentor.

10th grade confirmation meets for meals Sunday evenings Sept.-Oct. Each week includes Peer Ministry Training. Also using a spiritual gift inventory, a personality sorter, a values exercise and a spiritual direction time with a pastor, young people discern what God wants them to do with their one, wild and precious life.

TRICK OR TREAT FOR FOOD

Church youth groups come together to canvass the La Crescent area for donations for the

La Crescent Food Shelf.

The single most effective tool we have in our ministry with young people. A life changing week spent serving people in need, with training prior to the trip and reflection writing after the trip.

SUGAR CREEK BIBLE CAMP

A week immersed with song, living outdoors, with something new to look forward to each year, from horses, to bike and canoes to riverboats.

PEER MINISTRY

Peer Ministry is an intentional way of training 10th – 12th graders who want to know what to do when their friends: have parents going through a separation or divorce; are struggling with an eating disorder; are misusing drugs or alcohol; have been hurt by a relationship.
